We had a busy year here at the cottage. I had a to-do list a mile long, but the biggest project by far has been our on-going library build. I wish I was here to tell you it's finished, but at this very moment Travis is elbow deep in painting that monstrosity of bookcase goodness. This week, maybe.....honey??

I like to look ahead and I am a list maker- so here are some of our projects for 2014:
- stain or tile the back porch floor
- rebuild the sink/vanity area in our master bathroom
- add a farmhouse sink and new countertops and butcher block in the kitchen
- install some downlighting in the exterior front of the house
- design and build our own Mora clock
