(I think I may have a tiny obsession with chairs. For such a small home, I could seat at least 20.
Maybe not all in one room together, but everyone would have a chair. ;)

I brought her home and cleaned her up. Then I gave her a once over with some ASCP in Country Grey. She perked up a bit, she may have even smiled.

Beautiful chair!! (and now I have that song in my head... thanks...)
ReplyDeleteI too have a 'small' thing about chairs! It is one of the pieces I redo and sell the most of at the shop where I have my reshabbed pieces. I can never pass up a chair or two at a sale.
ReplyDeleteShe is too sexy for her spindles. Hahahahaa

This is where we part...I LOVE the history of the patina on this old chair before paint :-) It is beautiful after tho, nice work as usual.
ReplyDeleteCarol- I know! I did find myself hesitating just a bit ;)
DeleteI LOVE chairs too..we had 40 for Thanksgiving last year and I was able to sit everybody in a wooden chair...obsession??? I think so..oh but it could be much worse. This chair is just adorable!!!! My husband built me a 12' long dining room table and eventually I hope to have 14 different chairs to around it in all different colors :)
