And then there was one...

Today is the last day of school.  I am busy getting end of year paperwork finished up, which should happen by the end of the day today.  Then it's time to get my classroom packed up and moved...going to 3rd grade next year, and I am VERY excited about the possiblities for teaching reading across the curiculum.  I have many hours of workshops, professional development book studies, two major certification exams, and meetings planned for the month of June.

July will find us floating down the river in Gruene and spending some quality family time together.

August I will head back up to school and put together my new & improved classroom design...

Hooray for summer!

Roman and I have talked about going to Galveston this summer to hang out, kind of a "staycation". It probably won't be till late July or August.
