I love the all white look in our bedroom. I always have a few black accents though, so recently I decided to change out the look of the lamps in our room by switching the white shades for black ones. I love Lamps USA so I found some (on sale!) here.

I love how a simple switch can change the look and feel of a room!
The new lamps with black shades look great! They tie in so nicely with the black frames above your bed. I love your vintage window! I don't think I realized that your cottage is in Texas. I'm going to have to look for that shop the next time I go to Kemah.
