Closet redo sneak peek and a new find!

Travis has been slaving away at re-building our closet to better suit our needs.  (that is code for accommodate my shoes!)  Here are the progress shots:

  The lighting in these pictures are horrible, as it is the last of the florescent lights in the house.  A beautiful new schoolhouse light is sitting in a box just waiting to be installed.  I love the attention to detail Travis puts into his work. The shelves on the clothing side are stained, and the shelves for our (my) shoes are painted.  He even painted the underside of the bars to better blend into the stained shelves.  If all goes as planned our (my) shoes can move in tomorrow : o )

  As for the new find....

I had been on the look out for a new kitchen table.  The farmhouse table was just too big for the space.  While out with my mom last weekend I came upon a beautiful antique table from France.  It was love at first sight.  Doesn't she have amazing legs?  She is rustic, but curvy and pretty.  Tomorrow is chair day...stay tuned!
