Homestretch...

The original plan was for us to move into our tiny tudor on Friday, but apparently everyone else in the country is moving this weekend and our PODS could not be delivered until next Tuesday.

I could be disappointed about this, but instead I am choosing to look at the fact that this gives us an additional four days to:

• have the master shower door installed
• have the upstairs window replaced
• have our countertops in the kitchen installed
• build and install the kitchen open shelving
• have the house professionally cleaned before we move in

Silver lining and all that jazz ;)

It's funny how during a major renovation you feel like nothing big is happening, then one day you look around and the ideas you had on paper have come to life in front of you.  

I love it when that happens!

Sold...Maybe

I got an e-mail this afternoon from the mom of one of my students who also happens to be our soon to be real estate agent. We haven't signed on yet, but...

She has someone who's interested in the house. They want to know when they can come see it.

Really.
